The alpha360 Data Models support multi currency in all their functional areas.


  • The main idea is that all Business Documents can have a currency - and different from the local currency of the installation.

When this Business Document is posted, it creates transactions in the local currency and keeps the exchange rate in the transaction record.


For simplicity reasons, this functionality is hidden in the UI, but is active in the Data models and the BPs.

Just add an editable currency field in your Business Document forms and you are done ...


*Note: the Currency (and the Country, and the VAT Exemption) tables have a string as a PK and not an integer.
