The first thing to do after you create a new company is add entries to your Dimensions (or lookup) tables.


From the main Menu click System and from the left sidebar click Dimensions.

There are 5 types of dimensions in v3 - CRM, ERP, Accounting,Templates and Global.


CRM types include the following dimensions:

  • Areas
  • Salesmen
  • Departments
  • Sources
  • Calendars
  • Party Groups
  • Party Categories *



ERP types include the following dimensions:

  • Money Accounts *
  • Warehouses
  • Product Categories *
  • Brands
  • Payment Terms *
  • Shipment Purposes *
  • Transport Methods *
  • Type of Deductions *
  • VAT Percents *
  • VAT Exemptions *



Accounting types include the following dimensions:

  • Accounting Years *
  • Accounting Journals *
  • Party Accounting Categories *
  • Goods and Services Accounting Categories *
  • Banks
  • Type of Cheques
  • Post to Accounting Codes


Global types include the following dimensions:

  • Business Objects *
  • Numbering
  • Country ISO Codes
  • Currencies *
  • Units of Measure *
  • WEB Services
  • System Objects
  • Users
