The most important entity in the CRM is the Party entity - it can be a Customer _OR_AND_ a Supplier.

From a UI view this is a classic <Browse> - Add/Edit/Delete> paradigm.





Go to <CRM><Lists><Parties> and click the <+> button to add a new Party (Customer or/and Supplier).

Here is the add/edit/delete form for a Party (Customer or/and Supplier).



* Note - the system adds a General Retail Customer during the initialization of the implementation

- in v2/v1 there where also Customer and Supplier tables - these have been eliminated and their functionality has been moved to the Party entity.
